Project Management

project management
We take care of our customers and consider their issues as our own. We know well that success depends on team bonding skills, cooperation and help each other through clear and loyal frontal communication.
This is where Scrum comes into play: we rely on its values and tenets that represent a simple and versatile guide to shape any idea.

Courage
Respect is our most important value. Our consultants and the people that are around the development of the project give their all when they perceive respect around them and the whole group’s consideration.
Commitment to us means to honour agreements, respect the given word and achieve targets. We adjust with flexibility and work with trust to build the best solutions for our customers.
Focusing on the product and the service requires an autonomous organization to obtain knowledge and mastery of the necessary tools to build up a team and be available for others.
Whether to be visionary means to see invisible things, to be brave means to have no fear. To have the courage to face challenges that occur with changes, even during the most advanced phase of the task.

How are Scrum stories born?

We believe in simplicity as an index of control and consequently of the ability to stay on course, which is why we have introduced Scrum into business practice, first for pilot projects with a low degree of risk and gradually for increasingly complicated projects.

Each story is one or more functions that solve a specific problem of the protagonist. The game is really easy to understand. The requirements to be developed turn into stories, with a main actor and his need: what can we do to help him find a solution to his problem? Simple! Become his mentor.

The Scrum Team will protect the protagonist of the story and write an algorithm for him in order to help him.

Sprint Planning

Story writing is broken down into equal time periods which Scrum calls Sprint. So, a Scrum project is a set of Sprints and each Sprint is a set of stories. The Sprint begins with the event called Sprint Planning, in which the Scrum Team decides on what goal to pursue and what stories make it happen.

Daily Scrum

Every day, we gather to assign the Daily Scrum (or Daily Standup) to analyze the situation and update the members of the Scrum Team. And just as every writer writes and rewrites their stories, to come up with something worth reading, every member of the Scrum Team writes the stories, in an ongoing process of adapting and shaping, in order to come up with something that generates value for themselves and for the ones who will come in the future. During the various processing stages, the stories to be developed are chosen, as well as the objectives to be pursued. The obstacles encountered are also analyzed.

Sprint Review

At the end of the development, the event called Sprint Review is organized, where all the elements, impressions and considerations which will give birth to the Sprint Retrospective are collected. The time to reflect on the future adaptations of the stories as well as reflecting on one’s own work, is a formal opportunity to review the results obtained in managing relationships with people. It is an opportunity to analyze the working method and to evaluate the tools used. And when the stories have a happy ending, the game is over. But from an Agile perspective, everything is in the making.
