Once the analysis and architectural project phases are completed, the development of the project parameters will be started. The project will be divided in different steps and the relationship with the stakeholders will be continuous: their satisfaction is fundamental for the development and the success of the project.

Developers will code according to the characteristics of the product and the requirements agreed. Following the procedures and the company guidelines, front-end developers create interfaces, while back-ends take care of the application logic and data. During tests, developers check if there are any bugs, double check each other’s code and verify the performance before delivering the product to the users.

This is the moment in which skilled testers verify product’s functionality making sure that it respects all the requirements presented in the document. This is the end of the sprint, which will be followed by the production. The project ends appointing a maintenance team that will take care of possible problems that might be faced during the first period.
