Cloud Services

What are Cloud Services?
Cloud services are all those services that are provided by any type of supplier to a customer, using the web. Very often this type of service is confused with the web in general, but in reality everything that resides on the internet is not always a cloud service.
This category includes all those infrastructures (IaaS), platforms (PaaS) or applications (SaaS) to which an end customer can access by exploiting the supplier’s resources, in a way that we can define as “on demand”.
Why move to the cloud?
This is an innovative kind of approach that is based on agile and flexible ways and brings with it several interesting features:
Rapid Elasticity: the user can use a multitude of resources and change between them quickly.
On demand Self-service: the ability to exploit the computing supply capabilities independently without interacting with the supplier.
Resource Pooling: all resources used can be shared.
Broad Network Access: the possibility for the customer to be able to access a multitude of resources from different devices (PC, Tablet, Smartphone…).
How does a migration happen?

Planning: analyze your needs!
It is vitally important to accurately calculate the requirements that your cloud server will need based on the resources used in the company, so as not to spend more than necessary.

Choice of the environment: evaluate carefully!
Once the assessment is made, you can determine the most suitable cloud model. Public, hybrid, private or multicloud cloud (or services like Google, Azure or AWS), it all depends on your needs.

Migration of apps and data: efficient and fast!
The migration will be fast and reliable. Remember to keep cloud security issues in mind, such as adhering to security policies and scheduling data backup and recovery.
